   Just received both LTE studio albums in the mail (like 10 minutes ago!). I have about a 30 minute commute home. I"m thinking of starting with that 28:00 minute epic at the end of the first CD.
   
   Modesto is "same 'ole". I still work in Modesto but live in Oakdale now which is nice. I can actually turn my kids loose and for the most part and not worry about them getting harassed, etc.

   Re: Neal's board. I agree it is unfortunate that some so-called Christians need to take such a combative tone at times. As a Christian it kind of embarrasses me. I chuckled the other day thinking how there has been kind of a revolving door of those types. Shortly after I first started there was Tim (fainodraino). He dropped out of site in time for Monty the alligator hunter who then dropped off the radar. Now there's Scott and John (FreedomSlave and Jogomu) who feel the need to dominate every thread. Sheesh I wish that I had that kind of time on my hands! The Adamses have stood the test of time. They seem like just good regular folks to me. David shoots from the hip at times but I know that he is well-meaning.
   
   In my opinion, effective "evangelism" has to do with building and establishing relationships rather than pulling out the six-guns and start firing. And correct me if I'm wrong but isn't "being a witness" essentially sharing what one has experienced themselves? I think that many Christians mistake "witnessing" as slamming their beliefs over other's heads. How boring discussions become when everybody simply nods their collective heads in agreement!
   
   I feel that I'm kind of like you in that respect Barry. We both just like people.
   
   At least we all have "Neal". I can't wait for that DVD to come out and also the new CD later this year!

   Hey Barry.
   
   Noticed your absence on Neal's board lately. I assume that you reached a level of exasperation and decided to take a break. I've barely come up for air lately so have spent little time "boarding". I knew that I'd find you hear at the SB board.
   
   Coming up on a year since my ma-in-law passed and wanted to thank you again for reaching out to me during that time. Although we didn't speak person to person, the gesture was received as heartfelt and did not go unnoticed.
   
   I hope that all is well with you and your's. Thanks again.
   
   PS: Are you familar with Liquid Tension Experiment? I'm fixing to go see them at the end of June in San FranFreakso. Was hoping that Enchant would be playing with them but they're billed for the night before and a two-day pass is hard for me to come by these days ..lol.

   Yeah, I quit posting on the Neal forum, not out of exasperation, but more out of a sense that I wasn't really doing anything to improve that community by being there. They don't really want non-Christians on that board. And I kind of get it. It's much nicer, and probably more enjoyable when everyone is like-minded. I gotta be honest, I don't really miss it much, that place did aggravate me sometimes
   
   Anyway, yeah, I'm very familiar with LTE....I love them!
